Implemented the new initiatives for secondary and elementary education majors;  these involved the new mathematics major for secondary education majors who want to be certified to teach mathematics and the new mathematics course, MTH 192 Mathematics for Elementary Teachers II, that was created to provide elementary education majors with enough hours in mathematics
