As sole instructor for the first time of NUR 410 Adult Health II, developed new classes for the material I had not taught before; also utilized some different teaching strategies: group activities, gaming, NCLEX-style questions, case studies; used ERes and PowerPoint; provided students with rationales for all questions during test review sessions

Updated NUR 301 Health Assessment: added online component using Blackboard as the platform

Worked on a method to integrate nursing research into the nursing curriculum in a more systematic and comprehensive way; developed a plan for how research would be implemented and helped select textbook

Participated in the CCNE accreditation process

Attended faculty retreat for the development of clinical sites

Served as nurse volunteer at the national Junior Miss finals in Mobile
