"Self Presentation and Personality: Development and Validation of a Self-Presentation Questionnaire using the Five Factor Model," submitted to Management Communication Quarterly for review
Have collected and coded all data for the merit pay in academia study; will work with colleague during summer 2002 to begin analysis and to separate it into distinct works to be submitted for publication
In the process of completing coding of almost 1,000 federal reverse discrimination cases; in summer 2002, will begin analyzing data to investigate the relationships between various factors/variables and the resultant judgments of the various federal courts
