Series of works regarding pay-for-performance and its impact in higher education
Empirical paper concerning the relationship between specific domains and facets of the “Big Five” personality typology and the five impression management behaviors advanced by Jones and Pittman (1985)
Results from above paper are being employed in another article that helps validate an instrument developed in conjunction with another author; article is currently in the “revise and resubmit” stage
Empirical paper employing the interactionist perspective regarding the relationship between the “Big Five” personality domains and facets and the five impression management behaviors in situations where the status and size of audience variables are manipulated
