Setting your proxy depends on the browser and the connection speed you use.
Here are two examples:
Example 1. Windows XP with a DSL connection. |
Select Edit
Select Preferences
Click on the '+' to the left of the Advanced option
Click on Proxies
Click on Automatic Proxy Configuration option
Enter in the Configuration Location (URL): http://proxy.shc.edu/burke.pac
Click Reload and OK

Example 2. Mozilla Firefox 1.0 |
Select Tools
Select
Options
Click on Connection Settings
Click on Automatic Proxy Configuration
Enter in box: http://proxy.shc.edu/burke.pac
Click on Reload button
Enter you username and password (probably the one you use to you use to get your mail)
