Looking Up Account Information:

Selecting the Root Toolbar button Information will direct you to information both about the library (hours, new books), it will direct you to information about your account.

  1. Click Information from any page.
  2. On the Information Desk page (label 1 below) select User Status Inquiry (label 2). 
  3. On the User Status page (label 3) enter your student ID (for faculty, call to get your faculty ID). 
  4. Click Display User Information.

Having done all that, you see a summary of your account information--whether bills are due, and whether you have any books checked out (label 1 below).

If either are "blue", they are hyperlinked to specifics--how much you owe, or what books are checked out.

In the example below, the patron has no bills due, but has 4 books checked out.  Clicking the hyperlink "checkouts", brings up the list of items and when they are due back to the library (label 2).
