Interlibrary Loan
Article Request Form

Interlibrary Loan is available to current full-time students, full-time staff, and full-time faculty at Spring Hill College. We regret that we are unable to extend interlibrary loan privileges to part-time faculty, adjunct faculty, family members, or visiting scholars completing doctoral work.

Currently employed full time SHC faculty, staff, and currently registered undergraduate and graduate students in all programs may make Interlibrary loan requests for research material. Students should make every effort to identify comparable resources in Byrne Library before submitting requests for interlibrary lending.

Valid Spring Hill College identification is required.

Incomplete information will cause delays in processing your request.
  • One request per form only
  • The average time to fill a request is seven (7) days i.s. plan ahead!
  • The loan period for books is two (2) weeks.
  • All materials are subject to fine and circulation policies of the lending institution.
  • Always check the Library Online Catalog to see if we own the item before submitting ILL requests.
  • If you do not receive a Form Confirmation when you press the "SEND" button,
    YOUR REQUEST WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL! Please try again.

Interlibrary Loan Materials are made available by
lending libraries for a very limited time. You must
 pick up your materials from the Library Circulation
Desk immediately upon notification of their arrival.
